We have been running payrolls on this platform since 2018, back when it was KeyPay. Every payroll LitE runs sits on Employment Hero today. So when we implement it, support it, or take an account over from somebody else, we are working in a system we use every single day rather than one we have read about.

Not a badge on a website. Four practical things.
Take over the account you already have
If you are on Employment Hero now, whether you run it yourself, your accountant does, or another bureau does, we can have your account transferred into our white label. No migration, no data to move, no parallel run. Same login, same portal, same payslip history. Nothing changes for you or for your employees except who runs it. Very few bureaux can offer that.
Move you onto it properly
If you are on something else, you change provider and get a better system at the same time rather than doing two painful projects a year apart. We handle the build, the data, the reconciliation and a parallel cycle before go live.
Implementation, including the parts that get missed
An implementation is not finished when the first payroll runs. It is finished when the submissions, the pension files and every integration have been checked at the far end and confirmed as arriving. That last step is the one that gets skipped, and it is the one that turns into a compliance problem months later.
HR, advisory and training on top
The platform does a great deal more than payroll: contracts, onboarding, absence, performance, and an HR and employment law advisory line. We can supply and support all of it, and train your team to use it rather than leaving you with a login and a manual.
Eight years on the same platform
We started running payroll on this software in 2018, when it was still called KeyPay. Employment Hero acquired it, the platform grew, and the partner network became a formal thing with accreditation behind it. We are now an Employment Hero Authorised Partner, and you can find us in their own partner directory.
The badge is recent. The experience is not, and that is the part that matters when something does not behave the way the demonstration suggested it would.
