Who we are
LitE Consulting is an independent HR and payroll systems consultancy, founded in September 2015 and based in Faversham, Kent. We help SMEs and mid-market organisations select the right systems, implement them properly, and get the very best from them long after go live.
We are deliberately independent. We are not tied to any software vendor, so our only goal is to find and deliver the right outcome for your organisation, whatever that turns out to be. Over the years we have partnered with clients across the UK and Europe, delivering expert consultancy on system implementations and supporting leading payroll bureaus with specialist projects.
