Clear pricing for payrolls of every size, from five people to five hundred. No hidden fees and no surprises.
A one off set up fee is charged on all packages. It covers building your payroll on our systems, importing and reconciling your data and checking it against your previous provider before you go live. It is banded by headcount: £100 for up to 50 people, £200 for 51 to 75, and £300 for 76 to 100. Above 100 employees it is quoted with your monthly fee. All prices exclude VAT.

Reading the weekly and monthly prices
Both Growth prices are per payslip issued, not per employee per month, so weekly payrolls produce far more payslips than monthly ones. The weekly rate looks lower for that reason. We would rather you worked this out here than after you enquired.
- 20 people paid monthly. 20 payslips a month, so from around £110 a month.
- 20 people paid weekly. About 87 payslips a month, so from around £350 a month.
- Whatever your headcount, £30 a month is the floor. That is the Starter price, and no payroll costs less than it.
These are worked examples from the starting rates, and every payroll is subject to the £30 monthly minimum. Your quote will confirm the figure, along with the one off set up fee. Above 100 employees, monthly payrolls move onto our published larger payroll rates, which step down as headcount rises. All prices exclude VAT.
Paying 100 employees or more?
Above 100 employees, monthly payrolls move onto our published larger payroll rates, from £1,000 a month at 200 people and stepping down to £4.25 a payslip by 500. Weekly payrolls at that size are priced individually. You get a named payroll manager and a named deputy, a parallel run before go live, multiple entities and cost centre reporting, salary sacrifice and several pension schemes, support with TUPE transfers, and a written service level agreement.
