LitE Consultancy have undertaken the iTrent project management for an iTrent payroll and HR implementation. This project is for a leading UK Charity who provide support, information and also give advise to people with disabilities.  The project commenced in June 2017, with a projected Go Live of October 2017. The software purchased, involves several of the iTrent modules. Including: Core HR, Absence Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and Time and Expenses.

LitE Consulting will provide project management and internal consultancy support. We will be providing this throughout the project, in order to support the internal teams. As well as ensure that they meet the targeted deadlines. The overall aim, is to provide the client with guidance and support through each step of the project. We also aim to assist with the data extraction and collation from their existing systems, defining scope and processes creating UAT scripts and support the UAT and sign off process.

We will provide the internal project governance required. As well as work with the MHR project manager to ensure that the internal activities are undertaken in line with the delivery from the MHR team.

LitE Consulting will be providing project management services three days per week from July to December. The HR system will be going Live in September and the payroll is scheduled to Go Live in December 2017.
