A popular UK Retailer has engaged with LitE Consulting to assist with the completion of a project started earlier in the year. Following a review of the current payroll implementation, the business currently has 10,500 employee.
The project requires having all staff, operational on the iTrent system from the start of the new tax year in 2018. Currently, there are multiple payrolls operating weekly at the retailer. LitE Consulting will assist in the implementation of monthly payrolls. We will be providing project management and application consultancy to the business. LitE will also be providing user training to assist the client with moving their payroll off of their legacy payroll system to the MHR iTrent system.
The HR system being used is successfactors and this will provide a feed to the HR system. The stores all use a T&A system to record working hours and this will feed files into payroll. We will be working in conjunction with the software providers and the internal IT teams based in Europe. We are doing this to ensure the project is delivered to the timescales required.
