Simon Gibbs
Director
With over 20 years of HR and HRIS experience, Simon set up LitE Consulting to assist clients in implementing the software that they purchased. Simon had worked with HR and Payroll software companies and had seen a shift in the way that software was being sold to clients and how professional services was being undercut hence leaving clients with part implemented software and no return on the investment. Simon has a depth of experience in HR and payroll system implementations and is currently still an active consultant and project manager on several projects. Simon is a member of the CIPP and is keen to utilise technology to improve efficiencies within HR and payroll, ensuring that the HR and payroll functions are able to become strategic decisions makers within businesses.

I have worked in HR and Payroll for over 25 years, starting in the NHS before moving around sectors, including retail and charitable, before settling into the implementation arena. In the mid-2000’s I implemented my first integrated solution as the then Payroll and Benefits Manager of a large National Charity. From there I joined an HR and Payroll Software company as an Implementation Consultant working with many varied clients on delivering both stand-alone payroll and integrated solutions. Prior to joining LitE, I worked at an International Law firm as both payroll project analyst and international payroll lead. Outside work I play drums in a Jump-Jive and Blues band and love watching sport.

A sociable and data-loving HRIS professional. Experienced in implementing, project managing, training, and integrating HR systems. Kurtis has managed multiple system implementations from a variety of industries including; Healthcare | Media | Education | Recruitment | Building. His background in the HR function allows him to have an understanding of HR practices & perspectives, helpful translating “system speak” to HR. Kurtis is at his happiest when problem solving, using technology to improve processes, shared knowledge, and analytical capabilities. Outside of work Kurtis enjoys basketball, reading, coffee and gaming.

Harriet Gibbs
Payroll
Harriet joined LitE Consulting in May 2017 while finishing her degree at Canterbury Christchurch University. She has been the main contact at LitE building relationships and ensuring client happiness. As well as being the daily contact she has now ventured into the payroll world and is managing our brand-new LitE Bureau helping with moving news clients as well processing payrolls and ensuring it is a smooth process for all. Outside of work, Harriet enjoys spending time her family and enjoys holidaying abroad!

Shona Liggett
Payroll

After working for payroll for 2 years, Shona joined LitE consulting in April 2020 alongside working towards her degree in Business Management with The Open University. Shona is looking to specialise her degree in finance. At LitE, Together with Harriet, she works as a payroll officer, managing the LitE Bureau. Shona helps process payrolls making sure they run efficiently and smoothly and also helps respond to any customer queries and problems that may occur. When not working, Shona enjoys spending time with her cocker spaniel puppy Oscar and baking cakes and especially bread!
