Litepay is a purely cloud based payroll solution which means there are no hosting costs so you will not need to involve an IT professional to set it up and with a click of a button you are ready to go. Because its cloud tech, you can access your payroll from any device, anywhere you like. And of course, its completely secure. And because its online it has many features that will engage with not only your colleagues, but third parties too.


One of our experienced consultants is on hand to guide you through set up and you will be supplied with a user guide but we feel the system is so easy to use you will be able to complete this on your own. Litepay comes with its own in built templates to use for importing your employees and their payroll related data too.


With automated processing, you decide when you want the payroll to run in each pay period. You can also decide what you want included in the automation – online timesheets, Auto Enrolment, the publishing of payslips and reports, transmission of RTI files to HMRC, which leaves you more time to concentrate on running your business. You do still have control as you can select a number of warnings that will cease automation to enable you to address any issues.


At Lite we are very fond of technology and very fond of trees. Litepay is therefore a payroll system that is determined to be paper-free. All payslips are delivered online through employee self service however your colleagues can save them to PDF if they so choose. They can access timesheets and make expense claims too. New members of staff can add their details through online on-boarding saving time and reducing errors. All reports are delivered through self service and can be viewed in excel, csv or on screen.


Litepay is HMRC recognised and fully GDPR compliant. Its award winning functionality will take care of all your HMRC obligations and will complete Auto Enrolment assessment and communication automatically. If you have a workplace pension with NEST, The Peoples Pension, Aviva, SMART, Legal and General or Standard Life the integration with Pensionsync will transfer your required information each period saving time and effort.


Litepay has integration with not only pensionsync but a number of Accounts packages too. If you use Quickbooks, Xero or Netsuite to name a few, we have a journal service that will save you time.
